RETURNS + EXCHANGES - GENERAL POLICIES
We are happy to return or exchange your order if you write to us at our email at email@example.com within 14 days of receipt of the item. Items must be unused, unworn with their original tags and/or packaging. After 14 days, we are happy to return the item, but for store credit/exchanges only. All items older than 30 days are final sale. Please note that any free return shipping applies to domestic (USA) locations only.
We'd love to help you find the right size and style for you if the first one didn't work out! For first-time exchanges, return shipping will be free/included. Please write us at the above address within 14 days of receiving your order to begin the exchange process. We will email you a pre-paid USPS label, and ship out your exchange as soon as we receive your package. Please note that any free return shipping applies to domestic (USA) locations only.
If this is your first purchase with us, we are happy to pay for your return shipping. For all future returns, the shipping fee will be deducted from the total when we process your refund. We are happy to email you a return label to make the process easier.

Refunds will be issued using the same method through which you purchased. We will process your return as soon as possible, but depending on your bank, please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.
SiteSee has the right to deny a refund if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
